It Is Time . . .

I'm a day LATE! Ahhh! :)

Yesterday I was a crazy Black Friday shopper,
(10pm Thursday - 5:30am Friday, BABY!)

then it was off to the Verizon store for new phones,
(>>>>NEW CRACKBERRY OWNER HERE<<<<)

then to my first Catholic wedding,
(SO RAD! The recessional was to the closing Star Wars theme)

then picked up the kids, went back for hubs, dropped off hubs at the reception,
killed time at a SCARY Walmart/McDonald's in Long Beach,
(FREAKY!!!!)

then back home, throw kids in the bath and my AWESOME friends from college
and their clan showed up to par-tay this weekend.

PHEW!

So I'm a day late
(now almost two)

Did you know I'm a digital scrapbooker?

I love it.
I used to be a paper scrapper,
but the mess was too consuming.
paper supplies + toddler + apartment = no bueno
So, I turned to digital and never looked back.

I *HEART* them.

that are perfect for digital scrapbookers like myself.

Every year I make personalized wall calendars
for all the Grandparents in my life.
And every year I get told - you have to make these every year.
So I do.
And I think they are awesome.

I've made a remembrance book for my Grandpa for his 80th birthday,

Today I'm thankful for friends.
I've had the opportunity to live several places in my life.
I started out in Sin City.
Traveled to Heaven.
Did a brief stint in the Promised Land.
And now I call Paradise home.

Any guesses?

Born in Las Vegas.
Moved to Iowa when I was twelve.
Went to college, got married, and did the newlywed years in Utah.
And for the past 7 years I've called SoCal home.

And over the years, through the adventures, I've met a lot of fabulous people.
Sylvia, Brandi, and Jenna in Las Vegas.
Julie, Christine, Cindy, Dawn, and Lena in Iowa.

TOO Cute Tuesday: Linky Par-tay! and RAD Ladies

So, as I mentioned yesterday,

this weekend was totally awesomespice
because I got to meet three fantastic ladies.

I was pleasantly ecstatic surprised to see that Kara-Noel of Eli's Lids and She's Crafty.
I felt like a giddy school girl when I tapped her on the should

Luckily, she didn't think I was too much of stalker and chatted with me
for a little while about such topics as how we love NieNie,
how to avoid double chins in photos,
and how we adore blogging.

She is such an awesome lady and she gifted JT with a Lid of his own!
Yeah, she's cool like that.(I had the windows open, he sad he was cold, and dressed himself.)

And finally, I got to meet Kristin of Lu Bird Baby.
I forgot to take a picture with her!
But I did get her info and hopefully we'll get together soon.
